Terms of Service — Agora

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Agora mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your profile up to date.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. After deletion, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
Spam, scam, or impersonate other people, organizations, or Agora itself.
Attempt to access another user’s account or any non-public area of the system.
Interfere with the operation of the App or its infrastructure (DDoS, scraping, reverse engineering, etc.).
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. User-generated content

You retain ownership of the content you post (messages, community names, descriptions, etc.).
By posting, you grant Agora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the App as needed to operate the service.
You confirm that you have the right to post the content you share.

5. Moderation and reporting

The App provides tools to report abusive content or users and to block other users from your view.
Reports are reviewed by our team. We may remove content, warn users, or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
We are not obliged to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so.

6. Communities

Each community is created and managed by its admin(s). The admin can set the visibility (public, requires approval, private), invite other users, and remove members.
Agora is not responsible for the conduct of community admins or members. Agora retains the right to suspend or remove communities that violate these Terms.

7. Notifications

By using the App you may receive push notifications related to your communities and activities. You can disable them in your device’s system settings.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, and brand (“Agora”, logo, icons, color palette) are owned by Miguel Nebot Chirivella. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without permission.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agora and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or profits.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain, unless your local law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes inside the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
